After living with a roommate that I had to file two police reports against for months without my apartment management doing anything about it, I decided to break my lease to get out. Despite having already found two possible applicants to take over my lease, the leasing office has been dragging their feet and rejecting them for arbitrary reasons. This will now be the fourth month, and I can no longer afford to pay two rents. I just need $200 to finish paying my rent this month so that I don’t get an eviction on my record until I can get someone to take over my lease. Any and all help will be really appreciated!
