I live alone.  Just recently unemployed.  My unemployment claim has been denied.
    I was diagnosed with covid-19 on March  30.
Then I went into the hospital for care on April 09.  I am still in the hospital.
    I was on a ventilator for 7 days.  I was given several breathing treatments and other medications.  I survived covid, but the after effects seem to be worse.  I have been to a Rehab facility, and then returned to the hospital for lung issues.
    I was diagnosed with empyema of the lung, an infection in the lung cavity.  I had 2 drainage tubes inserted into the space of the left lung.  One thru my chest, and another into my back.  All the while being on IV antibiotics for over two weeks.  Good news is that I have avoided surgery for now.  My release date is today, May 20,2021.  After only 50 days in the hospital, and with no insurance.
