This is not something I would normally do because asking for help is hard. On March 13, I had a major stroke. At first I was unable to move anything but my head. I have worked hard and have regained movement on my right side, but my left side is still not functioning. I have been in rehab all this time, and have been working hard. I am finally heading home! I’ve been told that I will not be able to work for a year. My last paycheck will be in August. In order to continue my recovery, I am in need of full time home health care, which is very expensive. I really want to be able to drive and do normal daily things and will work my hardest to accomplish these goals.
