Hello! My name is Jarrett. I'm a hardworking father and husband who has recently been dealing with some medical issues and thus has fallen on some hard times.

The week of my 8th wedding anniversary, I lost vision in my left eye. Scared and concerned, I went to get checked and was diagnosed with Optic Neuritis. I was sent to Wills Eye to confirm the diagnosis and get treatment. After 12 hours and 25 tests, I was not treated and still had no answers as to what caused this. I was told I had to see a Neuro-Ophthalmologist to get any sort of answers.

To make an already long story a little bit shorter, I just need some help to cover the assorted medical expenses that have resulted from this.
