Hi, my name is Alishba, and I am an international student in London, currently in the third and final year of my Computer Science degree.

Making it this far has not been easy. Due to ongoing hardships and rifts within my family, I currently have no financial support from home. Throughout my time at university, I have worked alongside my studies to support myself and cover my living expenses.

Despite everything, I have kept going. I have worked, studied, and pushed through some incredibly difficult periods because completing my degree means so much to me. After years of hard work and sacrifice, I am now so close to graduating and finishing what I came here to achieve.

Unfortunately, I am currently facing one final and overwhelming financial hurdle. I need to pay approximately £16,000 in tuition fees to complete my final year, which is simply more than I can manage on my own.

It is incredibly difficult knowing that after coming this far, finances could stand between me and completing my degree. I don’t want the years of hard work, stress, and sacrifice that brought me here to end at the final hurdle. I am simply asking for a chance to finish what I started.

Starting this fundraiser and asking for help is not easy for me, but right now I don’t have many other places to turn. Any donation, no matter how small, would bring me closer to completing my degree. If you cannot donate, even sharing my fundraiser could make a huge difference.

This fundraiser is my hope to continue when I have no other support system to turn to.

I am so close to the finish line, and I am determined not to give up now.
