I’m Olek, and I’m reaching out for support as I work to complete my transition from Oracle development into modern Data Engineering.I already have hands-on Data Engineering experience and am working to move fully from Oracle development into modern Data Engineering roles. The transition has taken longer than I expected, and while I’m currently on unemployment, certification exam costs are a significant expense.

These certifications will help validate the skills I already have, strengthen my profile with employers, and make the career shift more direct and credible. I’m asking for support with the exam costs so I can keep moving forward without the certification expenses becoming another barrier to getting back into a Senior Data Engineering role.
