Hello! My name is Penglei Liang, and I am fundraising for my final tuition installment of £9,015 to complete my studies at the Royal College of Music (RCM) in London.

I'm a Chinese soprano in my second year of the Master’s in Vocal Performance at RCM, I’m an RCM Award holder supported by the Audrey Sacher Award, studying with incredible professor Jeff Stewart. I’m so glad to see myself growing fast through the studies and performances, including various opera roles, solo performances, concerts and festivals.

I am currently using all my savings from previous 3 years of work to fund my education. Although I'm very fortunate to receive a partial scholarship, the international tuition (almost £60,000 for two years) and the living expenses in London have become a heavy burden, even though I live frugally everyday and have been working part-time every week, after covering the expenses of my first year, most of my savings have been exhausted. 

I have been doing everything I could to keep my studies going. But now I’m facing a crucial challenge: I’m short £9,015 for the final installment of my tuition fees. I'm seeking support to help me follow my passion for singing, complete my studies, and pursue my career as a professional singer.
