Help me close my mouth!

Hi, my name is Steve and I'm raising funds to get Invisalign to help fix a malocclusion (open bite) issue. I recently removed my wisdom teeth, one of which was impacted, that were leading to some overcrowding issues in my mouth and now, at the recommendation of my dentist, I need to get Invisalign to help with restoring proper bite. Additionally, the years of untreated teeth problems have led to some nerve compression that has resulted in various symptoms such as tinnitus, unsteady gait, and carpal tunnel to name a few so I will need physical therapy as my teeth re-align.
