I stood alone in court and lost my home. Now I’m fighting for fairness, dignity, and a second chance to rebuild my life.

I never thought I’d be writing something like this. But life has a way of testing us when we least expect it.

Not long ago, I lost my home. The eviction came after a long and painful struggle with a housing association. I stood in court alone — no lawyer, just me, my evidence, and my hope that truth would be enough. It wasn’t.

Now I’m doing everything I can to put things right. What I need most is help securing a barrister who can review my case and the Security Agreement that could prove serious legal mistakes were made. They’ll also prepare a sworn affidavit showing how my rights under UK law were overlooked.

This isn’t about revenge or pride. It’s about fairness, dignity, and the simple wish to live in peace again.

I’m trying to raise £3,000 to cover the cost of this legal review and affidavit. That’s the first step toward reopening my case and, I hope, getting back what was unfairly taken — my home, and a bit of my peace of mind.
