Help Me Catch Up After Medical Issues and Expenses

Hi my name is Kevin as most of you know. Last fall I had several medical issues come up all at once and I didn't have health insurance until September of 2023. I had three fairly serious falls due to the arthritis in both of my knees, which was diagnosed afterwards. In one of the falls I hit my head on a concrete wall resulting in a sixty percent hearing loss in my left ear. I also had an ulcer on my left ankle, which was successfully treated. I also had five weeks of physical therapy for my knees. I also now have a hearing aid in my left ear. With all of this being said, in the beginning I missed quite a bit of work. I have tried to catch up on my monthly expenses on my own, but living paycheck to paycheck, it has been very difficult.
