I’ve always tried to make ends meet on my ~$945/month disability check, but lately it’s felt impossible.
In 2007, a wrec
broke my back in 4 places, gave me epilepsy, and left me with chronic pain ever since. I’m disabled, can’t drive, and rely on my e-bike for everything. Medicaid doesn’t cover my testosterone (TRT) shots (~$100/month), and we’ve been hit hard helping care for my mom after she was put on life support (she’s home now, but the stress and extra costs have been heavy).
My
ancé was using the account for groceries and bills to keep our family going, but it pushed us badly overdrawn. The attached bank screenshot shows the damage—the fees are about to wipe out most of my next check. We’re facing no food this month and still have other bills.
Getti
caught up at the bank would give us breathing room for food, meds, and basics. Even $5–10 or just sharing this in our small rural Arkansas area (Bassett/Joiner)
would mean the world right now.
Thank you for caring. Your support helps me keep fighting for my family.
