I’m reaching out because I’m facing some tough challenges as I care for my aging parents. I live in an RV in their backyard so I can be close by and support them every day. Recently, I’ve needed a large amount for an electric addition, and my air conditioner needs to be replaced. These expenses are making it difficult to continue providing the care my parents need while also keeping my own family comfortable and safe.

This journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve worked very hard to overcome alcoholism and addiction, and I’ve sold nearly everything to make this living situation possible. Moving my family into an RV wasn’t ideal, but it was the best way I could be there for my parents when they needed me most. I like to think I’ve always tried to help others and pour into my community, but now I find myself in the humbling position of needing help myself.
