Help Me Care for 14 Rescued Cats As I Fight Cancer
$225 raised of
Hi, my name is Luis.
Two months ago, I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. Since then, my life has changed quickly. I will need additional surgery, and that will make it very difficult for me to do physical work for some time.
At the same time, I care for 14 rescued cats. Every one of them depends on me for food, safety, and basic care. I took them in because they had nowhere else to go, and I won’t abandon them now.
I do what I can. I am retired, living off Social Security. When my health allows, I continue teaching online classes to help cover cat food and supplies. But right now, it’s not enough—especially with medical treatment and recovery ahead.
I am asking for help to keep these cats fed and cared for while I focus on healing.
Your support will go toward:
• Cat food and litter
• Basic veterinary care
• Stability for the kitties during my cancer treatment and recovery
Any amount helps. If you can’t donate, sharing this fundraiser truly makes a difference.
Thank you for your kindness and for helping protect these lives while I fight to protect my own.
With gratitude and love,
Many blessings to you,
Luis

Today, Saturday, 1220/2025:
Loki (the tiger-striped cat next to the brown cat) went to hospital to receive emergency bladder surgery. The cost thus far, $1000+). We got the money together from family, thank heavens. We are grateful.
