Help me buy a mixer for my micro-bakery! :)

Hi my name is Emery (They/She) and I'm a queer bread baker based in MN. I'm currently working on re-opening my sourdough micro-bakery in Northeast Minneapolis! I bake naturally leavened breads and pastries out of only local and ethically sourced ingredients! I'm raising money to try to buy a 20qt dough mixer in order to help me mix large batches of bread dough (the mixer in the pic is not mine). The money will also help me with some with the supplies and setup costs that I'll be sorting out in the next couple weeks. I hope to be open for orders by mid July!
