#IWILLSURVIVE!

My name is Taci Palmer. Thank you for taking time to read about my journey.

It is a journey spearheaded by my determination as a single parent of 2 wonderful boys, to survive, to maintain, and to live for them. My youngest, Tanner, is only 15 yrs old. I NEED to survive and maintain 3 more years to help him get to 18 and, hopefully, graduated so he can be on his own as an adult. My biggest stress is what will happen to him if I don't survive and maintain the next 3 years.

You see, my health has been declining for the past 1 1/2 years. Less than 1 year ago I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer - the big #OC. To date, there is no cure. Statistics are not on my side. Only 36 percent live to see 5 years after diagnosis. I'd be happy with the 3 I need to reach my goal.

#CANCERSUCKS! But, I need YOUR HELP to get that 3. So far I've had 2 hospital stays, 6 chemo treatments, 1 surgery to remove a large tumor, and kidney issues. All in less than 1 year. Treatment is expensive. I've attached just a few of my accumulated bills. Treatment is ongoing. Treatment also means a lot of
time off work that isn't always paid.

How can YOU HELP?

By doing the BIG "D" - DONATING.

Your donation will go to medical bills and continued treatment. It will go to catching up household bills and to maintain during hospital stays and treatment. As a single parent, expenses are far beyond what I can afford on my own and #Noonefightsalone!

YOU can HELP by -

doing the BIG "S" - SHARING -

to your facebookies, to your Twitter, to your Instagram, to your texts and emails, with a statement about WHY someone might want to HELP.

And, you can do the big "P" - PRAY-

We have been blessed with hundreds of prayer warriors and it's working! I'm still here, still maintaining, and still surviving!

We were blessed by Tawny of Mama Haven - www.mamahaven.us : she helps single parents and provides resources to those in need. A great non-profit organization!

Other blessings have come our way as well via friends - who cooked freezer meals during treatments, to colleagues who donated time, to relatives and friends that have already donated, shared, prayed, and sent fun surprises!

2019 - This year brings us into the government shutdown which is now affecting us in addition to the financial hardships we still face from previous and future cancer treatments.

Any additional funds raised will go towards immediate bills owing during the shutdown, past due bills, and anything extra will go into a college fund for my son. He has narrowed his choices down to 2 but we do not yet know how we are going to fund it. I am hoping to still be here to help him get enrolled and fund it.

Thank you all so much. #wefeelthelove.

So now it's time for YOU to "click" a button....to do the big "D", the big "S", or the big "P"....and leave a big "C" on your way through too - a comment. Your already here and we love reading them!

I'll leave you to it now - Which one can you HELP with?
