Help me building ICT center in Debre Brhan

My name is Daniel Solomon. I along with my friends would like to establish a Technology Service Provider and Consultant LLC in Ethiopia at the capital of Africa, Addis Ababa and/or in the Amhara State, Debre Brhan Semen Shewa. The company shall be named as “Solomon Global ICT Research and Training Center of Excellence” and will have the subsequent vibrant objectives to fulfil:
Ø To build service provider systems that would structure, modernize and transform the various service providing branches of the government and all other private organizations.
Ø To train, educate, and do all other sorts of knowledge and technology transfer to citizens and prepare them for international job market and staffing.
Ø Research, innovate, and transform technologies to citizens by empowering them thru training, mentoring, and providing them job placement assistance, locally and around the globe.
The beneficiaries of this grand project would first and for most be the inhabitants of Debre Brhan and its outskirts, and then the citizens of Ethiopia, the horn and the Middle East.
These objectives can be achieved thru a coordinated and collaborated effort of all the stakeholders to implement the ensuing two major undertakings. Currently we are working on building a seven level steel structure building as can be seen in the picture attached herewith. This building might cost over 100,000.00 Million Ethiopian Birr and hence, I cordially call for your support.
