I'm Brandon Sellam. I'm building TRELYAN, a post-quantum cryptography protocol on Algorand. The Swiss Foundation that will hold the project is in formation in Zug. By signed and witnessed discipline, I take zero capital from my own savings while I build it. This page is where I ask the people who think this should exist to help fund the year between today and the Foundation's incorporation.
Cryptography has an expiration date. Every Bitcoin signature, every Ethereum signature, every signature that secures the public ledger of digital civilization breaks the day a fault-tolerant quantum computer comes online. The cryptography community knows this. Google's quantum lab published their resource estimate in March 2026. Coinbase published their own in April. The standards community is actively planning against the timeline.
Algorand is the only major Layer-1 that has shipped a post-quantum signature scheme — Falcon-1024, a NIST-selected lattice signature. The verification opcode has been live on Algorand mainnet since November 2025.
TRELYAN is a protocol on Algorand designed to use that signature scheme to make digital permanence real for the first time. 1,024 non-fungible Vault Cells, each carrying the right to inscribe one immutable artifact under a Falcon-1024 signature, verified at consensus. A Swiss Foundation under articles 80 to 89-bis of the Swiss Civil Code to hold the protocol as endowment rather than equity. Trademark filed at IGE Zurich on 19 May 2026 (application 08601/2026).
WHERE YOUR CONTRIBUTION GOES — counsel of record (LEXR Zurich), founding cryptographer recruitment and travel, office and equipment, travel to Zurich, Boston, and Tel Aviv for advisor meetings, Stiftung formation costs after counsel signs.
