Ok. Hi everyone. I've talked about it and it's been suggested that maybe I should do kickstarter. I'm in a position right now where I am no longer able to make ice cream where I am. The Universe is pulling me into a direction and I believe in my heart that if I take the leap of faith, great things will come. It's been a serendipitous journey from the start and the evidence shows me it is time to get my own place. My equipment is too big for the space it's in and I'm constantly running in equipment breakdowns and building issues. Unfortunately I don't have the immediate resources to just grab a new building and start working right away. I need help! So many of my wonderful customers and friends alike have expressed their willingness to help so here it is .. Help me kick start this thing off and let's see where it goes! Exciting!! I will need help to pay storage for my current equipment, to purchase new equipment including new freezers, fridges, stoves, pots, rent, and so much more. Those of you who don't know my story..I've come such a long way. From getting sober from heroin addiction almosr 5 years ago to almost being killed on bicycle in Puerto Rico in 2019... That was actually the catalyst for this whole thing. What I thought was so tragic turned out to be one of the best things to ever happen to me. Ice cream found me and subsequently I found my community through my ice cream customers. I love New Orleans. Its my birth place . I'm not going anywhere and I am going to build a place that becomes a staple of my community. I was taught to help others in order to stay sober and connected and I found peace in applying the same principles to my life and my community as a whole. I hate asking for money but willing to accept any help from y'all I can get. If that looks like money, great. If it looks like knowledge or wisdom.. cool as well!! Help me build something that is Great and something we can be proud to be a part of.
