Help Me Build a Wheelchair Ramp So I Can Go Home

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Tracy Kelton, and I am reaching out for help with something that has become a critical need in my daily life.

Last year, I had a hip replacement that unfortunately became infected. Over the past year, I’ve endured months of pain, repeated hospitalizations, and multiple surgeries. I now live with a temporary spacer in my hip, which has left me with severely limited mobility. I rely on a walker and wheelchair for most movement.

Right now, I am unable to go home from the rehab facility because my house has no wheelchair ramp. Without it, I simply don’t have a safe way to enter or exit my home.

A wheelchair ramp would change everything. It would allow me to return home, give me back some independence, reduce the daily risk of falls, and ease the enormous physical and emotional burden this situation has placed on me and my family.

Unfortunately, after months in hospitals and rehab facilities, our savings have been drained. Assistance programs I’ve applied to have either denied me or are still pending. That’s why I’m turning to this community for help.

How the funds will be used:

Materials and construction for a safe, sturdy wheelchair ramp.

With gratitude,
Tracy Kelton
