Help Me Build a Math Classroom That Inspires and Uplifts!
Donation protected
Hello! My name is Diamond, and I’m a proud 7th and 8th grade math teacher in Charlotte, North Carolina. I teach at a Title I middle school where the majority of my students come from low-income backgrounds. Many face daily challenges—both inside and outside of the classroom—that can make learning feel overwhelming. But every single day, they walk into my room with hope, curiosity, and a desire to do better. And I want to match that energy by giving them the environment they truly deserve.
This is more than a fundraiser—this is a call to action for anyone who believes in the power of education to transform lives.
I am raising funds to create a warm, welcoming, and well-equipped classroom where learning feels exciting and achievable. Your donations will help provide:
-Basic supplies (pencils, notebooks, calculators, rulers, and folders)
-Hands-on learning tools (whiteboards, manipulatives, math games)
-Decor and visuals that celebrate diversity and spark curiosity
-Flexible seating so students feel comfortable, focused, and included
-Incentives and rewards to motivate students and recognize growth
Many of my students are brilliant, resilient, and full of potential—but they often don’t have access to the same resources as others. I want them to know that they are worthy of an environment that reflects their greatness. A classroom that feels like a second home. A space where math makes sense and success feels possible.
Your support—no matter the amount—will make a real difference. You’re not just giving to a classroom. You’re investing in future scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, and critical thinkers.
Thank you for believing in my students and helping me set them up for success.
With gratitude,
Diamond
