Hello! My name is Carla Middleton, and I’m so excited to begin my journey as a first-year teacher at a school where many of the children have won my heart during my time as an aide. This is more than just a job for me — it's a calling. I believe every child deserves a safe, welcoming, and well-equipped classroom where they feel valued and inspired to learn.

As I prepare for this school year, I want to provide my students with the tools they need to succeed — not just pencils and paper, but a space filled with encouragement, creativity, and opportunity. Unfortunately, many families in our community are unable to provide basic supplies, and as a new teacher, I’m starting from scratch with limited resources.
