My name is Gianna Rodriguez, and I’m asking for help during one of the hardest times in my life.

Over the past year, I’ve been dealing with ongoing harassment both at work and across social media. False accusations have been made against me—attacking not only my character, but also my role as a mother. In June 2025, I was arrested on charges that I firmly maintain are not true. Despite having evidence to support my innocence, I couldn’t afford a private attorney and was assigned a court-appointed lawyer who did not pursue the case the way I had hoped.

I was faced with an impossible decision: fight charges without proper representation and risk jail time, or accept a plea deal so I could remain home to care for my 3-year-old daughter, who has special needs and depends on me every day. I chose my child, even though it meant accepting something I did not do.

Since then, I have complied with everything required of me, including completing mental health evaluations and following all probation terms. However, I am now facing new charges connected to a past situation—one I believe is being used against me unfairly. This has put me at risk of violating my probation and potentially losing everything, including being there for my daughter.

I am trying to raise funds to hire a lawyer who will truly fight for me and help bring the truth to light. I have evidence that I know can clear my name, but I need proper legal support to present it effectively.
