Hi! I’m Ruta Di, Lithuanian guitarist and singer/songwriter based in London and I’m about to embark on an exciting journey to create my third album — a project I’ve been dreaming and preparing for over the past few years. I’ll have the incredible opportunity to collaborate with some amazing musicians:

Over the past few years, I’ve been writing these songs, experimenting with alternate guitar tunings, and for the first time, creating arrangements for horns. I’ve also been working hard on my vocals, taking classes with Meta Powell from Sweden, and studying horn arrangements with Jerry Gates, a lecturer at Berklee College in U.S. My goal is to create something fresh, exciting, and truly my own.

Thanks to generous support from the Lithuanian Council For Culture , I’ve been able to cover musician fees, recording studio costs, and the sound engineer. But I still need help to complete the project — specifically for mixing, mastering, album cover creation, and physical CDs.
