Help Me Bring My Photo Studio to Life

Help me bring my photo studio to life — in exchange for a photoshoot for you or a friend!
Hi! My name is Thaïs. I’ve been doing photography for 9 years, and professionally for about 4–5 years. I’ve worked with natural light, improvised setups, and a whole lot of creativity. Now… I finally have the space. I just need the tools to bring it to life!
A dedicated space will allow me to bring more creative projects to life with better quality and consistency. I want to grow as a visual storyteller—and I’m reaching out for a little help to make that possible.
Every bit helps—whether that’s through a donation or simply sharing this campaign. You’ll be helping me turn a long-held dream into something real.

Here’s what I hope to purchase for the studio and what each item will help me do:
• Backdrop roller system & poles:
This will let me hang up to three backdrops on the wall and easily switch between them for different looks.
• Seamless background paper (white + colors):
These are the clean, professional backgrounds you see in product or portrait photos. They make everything look polished and distraction-free.
• ExpoDisc:
A tool I place on the camera to make sure the colors in the photo look natural—like true white stays white.
• ColorChecker Passport:
This helps me get the most accurate colors when editing, especially for skin tones or product colors that need to match real life.
• Tethering cable:
A special cord to connect my camera to my computer, so I can see photos instantly and work more precisely.
• 2 Godox SK400II strobes:
These are my main lights. They allow me to light up the subject in a clean, consistent, and professional way.
• 2 heavy-duty C-stands:
Super strong stands to safely hold lights, reflectors, or anything heavy and important in a shoot.
• 47” Octagon Softbox with grid:
A soft light modifier that helps spread the light gently over the subject. It makes things look beautiful and flattering.
• Godox XProII wireless trigger:
A remote that goes on top of my camera so I can control my lights wirelessly while I shoot.
• Light stands + crossbar kit:
A portable setup to hold backdrops or fabric anywhere in the room if I want to shoot on-location or without wall-mounting.
Thank you for believing in my dream and for helping me make it real. ❤️
No raffles, sweepstakes, giveaways, or returns on investment are offered in exchange for any donations made to this GoFundMe.
