My name is Destiny, and I am reaching out during one of the most difficult times my daughter and I have ever faced. My 13-year-old daughter is currently living in Kansas with her father, who is in the hospital with terminal cancer. As her mother, I am the only family she has left, and my children are all I have and need.

So it is absolutely urgent that I get to Kansas to bring her home. Unfortunately, my car is not reliable enough for the trip, and I do not have the funds needed to rent a car ,motel, and food.

This situation is heartbreaking for both of us. My daughter is losing her father, and she needs the comfort and support of her mother now more than ever. Being able to travel to Kansas and bring her home will mean she is not alone during this incredibly harsh time. Your support will help us be together and allow me to provide her with the love and care she needs as we navigate this loss.
