When I moved out of Las Vegas, I could only afford to rent a storage unit and leave most of my belongings behind. Since January 2025, I’ve been without my things, my life, because I didn’t have the money to move them with me. It’s been difficult to feel settled or move forward, knowing that so much of what makes me feel whole is still out of reach.

The funds raised will help cover the cost of renting a moving vehicle, gas, food on the road, overnight accommodations, and any extra moving equipment needed. Having my items back will not only save me the ongoing rental costs, but it will also help me continue my path as an artist and progress forward at home. My keepsakes, notes of accomplishments, creations, art, sentimental items, wigs, and costumes are all waiting for me, and not having them has left a mark on my heart, more than I realized it would.
