Hey everyone,

My name is Ewan & I’m a 24 year old British volunteer on a humanitarian mission to Ukraine.

I will be taking medical supplies to Kyiv where the supplies & equipment will be distributed to those who need it most—hospitals, medical centres like stabilisation points (stab points) and humanitarian groups that are helping out, boots on the ground.

To make the journey from the UK to Ukraine by car is a hard & arduous journey. I will either be driving a van or pickup for the charity Vans Without Borders to Lviv. That car will then be passed onto its predetermined destination covered by Vans Without Borders. From there I will either travel by train or get a ride with one of the vehicles being donated via the help a very active (24/7) British WhatsApp volunteer vehicle donations group that I have been a part of since 2023. If I encounter any problems along the way I’m fortunate enough to be a part a large volunteer community who will ensure I’m able to carry out what I need to do.

This is a long journey, and I’m covering as much as I can myself, but I do need some help. Donations will go towards fuel for the trip and purchasing more medical supplies and equipment to take with me. Every bit of support—whether it’s a donation or just sharing this fundraiser—means a lot and will make a real difference.
