Bonjour, I'm Isa. After 30+ years in the food business, I'm finally ready to pursue my lifelong dream: opening La Vie en Rose d'Isa, a French bakery -cafe in Florida. I'm raising $200000 to turn this dream into reality - and I've even created a song and handmade aprons to support the journey !

I've always dreamed of opening a charming French bakery in Florida, sharing croissants, café au lait, and that unmistakable joie de vivre. Now that I'm almost 55, I believe it’s now or never.

I’ve created a unique boutique concept called “La Vie en Rose d’Isa”, combining my love for baking, brunch, and a feminine, vintage French aesthetic. My goal is to open a warm, welcoming place for locals to enjoy a taste of France, seven days a week.

I’m currently raising $200,000 to cover the purchase,/ first rentals months the costs of renovation, licensing, equipment, initial stock, and the launch of the café.

Every dollar brings me closer to opening my doors — and serving happiness, one pastry at a time.

To support this project, I’ve even written and recorded a song called “La Vie en Rose d’Isa”, and I’m selling French-style aprons designed with love. All proceeds go toward funding the café.
