Hi everyone,

My name is Slatter, and this is Gandalf.

Gandalf isn't just a horse to me—he's my best friend, my safe place, and my heart horse. Through some of the hardest moments in my life, he has been there for me.

Recently, I made the difficult move from Idaho to Oklahoma to build a future with my boyfriend and pursue new opportunities. Because of the cost of transportation, boarding, and veterinary requirements, I wasn't able to bring Gandalf with me when I moved.

Since arriving in Oklahoma, I've been working toward getting established, earning my GED, finding stable work, and creating a plan to eventually bring him here responsibly. My goal is to raise $4,000 to cover:

• Transportation from Idaho to Oklahoma

• Health certificate and Coggins testing

• Six months of boarding expenses

• Farrier care

• Emergency savings for unexpected horse expenses

Every dollar will go directly toward helping reunite me with Gandalf and ensuring that when he arrives, I can properly care for him without putting either of us in a difficult situation.
