Help to bring Aerea Negrot’s and Royal Dust last album to life.

This will be a homage to the life of one of the most fearless, deep, talented, and loving artists in this world.

At the beginning of 2023, we started recording what was going to be Aerea Negrot and Royal Dust's next album, between touring the world and struggling with daily life. In the middle of the recording days, she was dealing with such severe mental health issues that they were forcing her to leave this realm, expressing the inexpressible better in her own words from one of her lyrics: "Right body, wrong time." She left us in October of that same year, leaving a huge sadness and a big void in Berlin's electronic music scene, her (chosen) family , and the queer community of the world.

The recording sessions in my studio were some of the most amazing performances I have ever recorded from our sister , Dani.

She was extremely happy with the results, to the point that she was playing her new songs over the phone to her closest friends and family.

Unreleased songs like "Fireblue," "New Beginning," and the otherworldly "El León del Sol," which she wrote on a serviette in 10 minutes in my kitchen, and which she was able to perform at Hamburger Bahnhof in July before her passing, leaving the audience in awe. The new music was deep and perfect for her voice to shine the way she always wanted.

Help me bring her voice back to life in vinyl and digital formats.

With your help, I will be able to finish arrangements, mixing, producing, mastering, art design , and fabrication of not one, but two albums in vinyl and digital versions.

The main album will contain the original songs we recorded in those sessions, plus others that we only played live or used in my theater work.

A second album will feature remixes done by our closest and very talented friends like Kim Ann Foxman, Shaun J. Wright (both from Hercules and the Love Affair ), Aaron Hedges, and other surprise artists that we admired together.
