Hi Everyone,

I'm reaching out today with a mix of vulnerability and hope. At 32, asking for financial help isn't easy, but I've learned that sometimes the bravest thing you can do is ask for support when you need it most.

Since April, I've been actively job searching in tech sales, where I have 9 years of proven success. The journey has been both challenging and eye-opening – I've completed 35+ interviews and made it to countless final rounds, each time thinking "this is the one!" Unfortunately, despite my best efforts and strong performance, the offers haven't materialized yet.

Here's what I've been doing:

I'm currently interviewing with 4 different companies and actively applying to clinical research positions at UCSF as well. While I'm confident in my skills and experience, I also recognize how competitive the current market is.

The reality is that my savings are now completely depleted, and unemployment benefits cover less than half of my monthly expenses. San Francisco is expensive, but this city – especially the sobriety community here – has been instrumental in keeping me grounded and motivated during this challenging time.
