For years I've carried the deep and quiet weight of gender dysphoria. Though I've learned to survive in my body, I want to move beyond survival—to finally live freely and confidently in a body that reflects who I truly am. Top surgery isn't just a medical procedure for me; it's a major step toward inner peace, authenticity, and self love.

Unfortunately, top surgery is expensive. Between surgeon fees, anesthesia, pre- and post-op care, time off work, and recovery costs, the financial burden is more than I can carry on my own right now. Insurance coverage is going to help but only to a degree. That's where you come in.
