I was recently diagnosed with advanced and invasive bladder cancer. It has been challenging times financially and physically as I will need robotic surgery to remove my bladder and prostate. The journey has exhausted all credit lines and my savings. Hospital bills and many other expenses are stacking up, and I am asking for your help.
I will be able to recover and be cancer-free, but I will be on a urostomy bag for the rest of my life. There is also a large precancerous mass on my colon that needs removing too. It's a bit daunting and overwhelming, but with the grace of GOD and my team of skilled surgeons, I will be able to live a normal life, albeit on a bag. My other options were death.
I want to see my grandson grow up before God calls me home. Currently, my expenses are around $60,000, and I am hoping to raise that over time.
The doctors say my recovery time will be 6-8 weeks after a week in the hospital. I am hoping to get back to work in September. The last 3 years with this have been rough. Hopefully, you can help!
