Hi, my name is Nancy, I live in London, and my family is in Sydney. Recently, several serious things happened at the same time in my family, and I needed to fly to Australia urgently to support them.

• My mum fell and is dealing with heart issues, a broken rib, and a knee injury.

• My sister has just had foot surgery and needs help moving around.

• My dad is receiving treatment for skin cancer on his face.

• I also suffer from chronic migraines, which makes everything harder to manage.

• And a few weeks ago, I lost a very close friend, which has been emotionally very painful.

With all of this happening, I knew I needed to be with my family. I flew to Sydney on October 23rd, but I didn’t have the money for the flight and had to put it on my credit card. I have already received some support from friends (which I am very grateful for), and I now need to raise £1,300 to cover the flight and essential expenses while I am here helping them.
