Hello, my name is Wedad, and I’m from Gaza, Palestine, a mother of three wonderful children. Having spent most of my life in Gaza, the recent war and the destruction of my home have compelled me to rethink everything. The harsh reality of no longer having a place to call home is both terrifying and eye-opening. Now, more than ever, I realize the importance of supporting myself and my family, wherever our journey takes us. To do so, I am determined to pursue something that I am deeply passionate about and truly love.

Cooking has always been my passion. Everyone who tastes my food tells me how great it is. I enjoy experimenting with different cuisines and cooking methods. I am highly motivated and a fast learner.
