Help me battle this Bladder and Prostate Cancer

Hi, my name is Locke Muse. Folks I thank God for Dr Albrecht the surgeon who saved my left leg and foot and the following Saturday Dr Sterling removed two cancerous masses from my bladder and I'm still here Blessed and highly favored but broke. I haven't worked since October 3rd and I would greatly appreciate any help please and thank you in advance.
