​It isn’t easy to reach out and ask for help, but I am entering a chapter of my life where I cannot do it alone. Recently, I received the devastating diagnosis of [Type of Cancer, e.g., Stage 3 Breast Cancer]. In an instant, my world shifted from normal daily routines to doctor appointments, scans, and discussions about [chemotherapy/surgery/radiation].

​My medical team has a solid plan in place, and I am ready to fight this with everything I have. However, the financial burden that comes with cancer is overwhelming.
