The accident was devastating—I lost my leg from the knee down on my left side and was thrown over 100 feet, landing headfirst like a missile. When I landed, my jaws clacked together, causing severe dental injuries. Over the years, I have lost all but one tooth on the bottom left side, and now I am facing urgent dental issues that threaten to leave me even more disfigured.

My insurance will only pay half of any dental procedure, and the estimates I have received show that my portion is significant. Right now, I have two options: I can repair my remaining tooth, which is the best option for my health and appearance, or I can have it removed, which would leave me noticeably disfigured.
