Hello, I'm Felix, a 36-year-old disabled person in Florence, Oregon. I'm facing eviction on January 17th and need help desperately.
I owe $1,470 in back rent and late fees. My total monthly income is $1,440 from disability benefits, and because my roommates have failed to contribute their share, along with an emergency vet bill for my cat hit ($210 for a spay that had complications), I couldn't cover rent.
My landlord requires full payment, no payment plans. I have until January 17th before I need to be out, until then it's still "remediable".
I've applied for emergency assistance programs but they take time I don't have. I'm working with Oregon's developmental disability services and actively trying to resolve my roommate situation, but right now I need help keeping my home.
Losing my housing would be catastrophic. I have 3 cats who depend on me, including my 10-year-old emotional support cat Minki. I'm one week from losing everything.
I need $1,470 by January 17th to avoid eviction.
Any amount helps. I'll provide receipts and updates as funds come in. Thank you for reading and considering.
UPDATE: I need $1470, not over 2k!! Edited
