Help me avoid eviction and get a better car

Hello everyone! You all know me as someone who keeps everything to myself. I have not asked any of you for any financial help, except those who are my confidantes!
I moved here in MN back in 2001 to become a nurse . Through all those years i have worked many different jobs and developed friendships. The saddest part though is that throughout those times, i lost my mom, dad and my partner, Rich. I have been living alone but with the support of really close friends.
Back in December i developed a full tear of my rotator cuff and biceps muscle. Sadly, it is not work-related. The condition required surgery on my right shoulder, which required no lifting for a few weeks, and then gradually increased. I survived with the assistance of one really close friends. I wasn't able to work for about 6 months, resulting into delayed to non payment of bills, and depletion of my savings. I also accessed my retirement money to pay some of my medical bills. Unfortunately, i was without health insurance during my recovery time while i was on long term disability, at which time i was developing cellulitis and UTIs, while also working on my physical rehabilitation. This caused medical bills to pile up.
I used to have multiple jobs and was able to go back to work in May 2019. However, the strength in my right shoulder is not same and it still gets sore. Apart from that, the neuropathy on my feet started to become worse, making it difficult to walk. With all these things, my ability to work have significantly decreased, resulting into feelings of sadness/depression.
As i was starting to Improve my financial situation, my car was repossessed by the lienholder. I bought a replacement car with the few money that i have saved up. Unfortunately this car died recently and another friend of mine was kind enough to loan me one of his cars while i am trying to figure out my financial situation.
On November 27, i went home and saw a summons for en eviction hearing on December 2. With the long holiday, it is hard to find legal help for the said hearing, moreso, it is difficult to hire one without any available funds. it is also difficult to obtain a loan with my poor credit history.
Now I am asking for your financial help in a way that you can without putting a strain on yourself. The need is very urgent in order for me to afford legal help and to pay the balance in my rent. I am also planning on using part of it to obtain a more reliable transportation. With the new means of transportation, i am hoping to do some part time work via driving for a share riding company and then doing deliveries. These are flexible jobs that do not require too much time commitment.
Between my foot neuropathy and failed car situation, are great contributors to some lost income, making it more difficult to fix my financial situation, although the neuropathy is being addressed by a new medication called gabapentin.
This my friends is my story for 2019. I should really be thankful to have friends like you but my situation at this time is just so overwhelming, especially with very limited family support. I have approached Anoka County, Salvation Army, United Way and other possible resources but they say that i am above their required income level, or they do mot have available funds. I have approached some friends to cosign a loan with me but they prefer not to. I cannot blame them because i am a high risk and they don't want to end up with my loans if i fail to pay it despite some contingency plans to avoid them from happening.
I have even been going to the casino to gather loose change left by patrons in slot machines as well as using the promotional moneys that they give for slot plays with the hope of magically fixing my current financial rut. I have also been doing some clinical editorial work for an educational company.
With the urgency of the situation, you are all my last resort to help me get out of this financial situation. Please help me in whatever way you can. I will certainly be grateful to you for the rest of my life.
Sincerely,
John Menez
