Hi my name is Idesha, and I'm fundraising to attend the revolution in biomedicine summer school at imperial Collage London.

Im currently a biomedical science student with a deep passion for understanding the molecular and biological systems of the human body. I want to use my knowledge to pursue my long-term goal in a career in medicine where I can use my scientific knowledge to make a meaningful difference in people lives.

This summer school program is an incredible opportunity for me to develop my laboratory skills, taking part in cutting-edge biomedical research and learn directly from leading scientists.

Experiences like this is rare especially from someone who is first in my family to attend university. As an aspiring medic this programme would significantly strengthen my academic and healthcare career. This program would highly aid me in my academic journey and my future healthcare career. Attending this programme would not only support my growth as biomedical scientist but also help me build the transferable skills I will carry into my medical career.

Unfortunately, I was not awarded the non-Russell group scholarship and I'm unable to cover the full tuition cost on my own. That is why I'm reaching out for support. Any contributions would help me access this valuable experience and invest in my future.
