After two years of hard work accumulating clinical hours, taking classes, and passing tests after my undergraduate degree, I am thrilled to share that I have been accepted to PA school in California. This is a dream come true for me, and I am excited to take the next step toward becoming a Physician Assistant. However, the journey to get here has not been easy, and the financial challenges ahead are significant.
The cost of living in California is extremely high, and on top of that, tuition for PA school is substantial. Unfortunately, the current administration does not classify the PA profession as a professional degree, which means there is limited financial aid available, while the average cost for two years of schooling is quite high. This gap makes it incredibly difficult to cover all the necessary expenses.
The funds I raise will go directly toward essential needs such as rent, food, books, tuition, and move-in expenses. Any support you can offer would mean the world to me as I take this next step in my career. Thank you for considering helping me reach my dream of becoming a PA.
