After years of hard work and dedication, I am about to graduate from San Diego State University with my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice on May 17th. This achievement is a dream come true, and I am incredibly proud to have reached this milestone.

I currently live in Susanville, which is quite a distance from San Diego, and I am facing challenges in covering the costs to attend my graduation ceremony. Being able to walk across the stage and celebrate this accomplishment with my loved ones means the world to me.

I would also love the opportunity to spend a few days in San Diego to fully take in and celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime moment. After putting in so much time and effort toward my degree, being able to enjoy the city, reflect, and celebrate with family would make this experience even more meaningful.

I want to be honest—asking for help like this is not easy for me. I’m someone who usually tries to handle everything on my own, but times have been tough financially, and I realized I may need a little extra support to make this possible.
