On May 7, 2024, I received a liver transplant after battling stage 4 cirrhosis. This journey was not easy, but through the power of prayer and the support of my family, I found hope and healing. My sisters were by my side when I was sick, and my cousin traveled all the way to Salt Lake City to help me during my recovery. Their love and encouragement made all the difference, and I am forever grateful for their support.

Recently, I was invited to a 20-year celebration for liver transplant survivors at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. If chosen to speak, I would love to share my testimony about how God saved me and how sobriety is possible with faith. I hope my story will inspire others who are struggling with addiction and show them that miracles do happen. This event is a chance to thank everyone who was involved in my healing journey and to give back by offering hope to others.
