Hello, we are the Colmar family — and we’re asking for a little help to reach a big dream.

We’re excited to share that I’ve just been accepted into the Fall 2025 Fire Academy at Cosumnes River College — the final step in my journey toward becoming a firefighter. After two years of hard work completing paramedic school and earning my degree in Fire Technology, I’ve reached the finish line… but I’m out of funds to cross it.

This opportunity is more than just a career move. It’s a chance for our family to build a stable future. With this last certification, I’ll be able to step into a job that allows my wife to finally pursue her dream of becoming a nurse — and gives me the gift of more time at home to help raise our kids while serving the community I love.

Tuition is due this coming week, and while it’s humbling to ask, we’re turning to our friends, family, and community for support. Every little bit helps — and every act of kindness brings us one step closer to a future built on love, service, and sacrifice.
