Hello everyone,❤️ I am very happy that you are reading my story. My name is Moataz Adnan from North Gaza. I am 28 years old. I recently got married three months before the war,
but unfortunately, I didn't get to enjoy my new life as things turned out unexpectedly. Our house was bombed, and we survived under the rubble, but sadly my brother Emad was martyred. I lost my job; I used to work for a company that manufactures aluminum windows.
I displaced to the south on October 13, 2023, initially to a refugee shelter in Deir al-Balah city, but conditions there were catastrophic with no water, no food, and contamination everywhere.
My wife and I then left the shelter to Rafah city with my surviving siblings, living in a small tent, which provided no protection from shelling, cold, or heat.
Unfortunately, the tents in Rafah were bombed a few days ago, and my wife and I survived.
We decided to migrate again and return to the central area of Deir al-Balah. I contracted hepatitis A and survived. I am exhausted, unsure if I will survive or not. But for my and my wife's survival, I need $10,000. Why?I have nothing left; I lost everything. Please help us survive, help us escape genocide. You are our only hope for a decent life. I have no choice but to create a crowdfunding account to save us. This world is dark. I hope these won't be my last words, and I can stay alive with my wife. Always remember that every dollar makes a big difference. Please donate to us, even the smallest amount. Remember that every little bit, when combined with others, will make a lot. You are our hope, and I'm sure you will donate. I will attach some pictures here; please take a look. Thank you very much, moataz❤️, from the displacement camps.
**Important Note:** I chose Austria because GoFundMe does not support Palestine. I have a very close friend named Majd in Austria who helped me create the link. He will receive the funds on my behalf and then transfer them through a currency exchange office or PayPal, and then I can use the money to pay the Egyptian company "Ya Hala," which will help us leave Gaza.
