Help Me and My Family Build a New Life

Hello, my name is Saja Imad. I used to live with my family in Gaza City before the war, and now we live in the death camps in the south of the Gaza Strip.

Shells and missiles from the war hit our homes and sources of livelihood, turning them into rubble.

My family, consisting of four households with a total of 44 members, including women, children, young girls, and young men in their prime, has lost all its properties, including four homes, three auto parts stores and their warehouses, a grocery mall and its warehouses, as well as three modern cars. Each of us lost our present and future… our dreams and ambitions…

In addition to all this, we lost our memories and our past, which were destroyed by the war on the Gaza Strip. We were displaced, scattered, and ended up in death camps in the south of the Gaza Strip. The earth’s dust gnawed at our bodies, as we sleep, live, and eat in conditions unfit for humanity. I don’t want to talk about this bitter reality of displacement, fleeing from shelling and death amidst destruction, and living in tents and the ugliness of life because you have already seen and heard about its bitterness on many television stations, websites, and the internet.

I appeal to your humanity to help me and my family try to rebuild our lives with the efforts of your donations and your support for us.

The goal of this fundraising campaign is to aid my family, whose material losses have exceeded $500,000 as follows:

• $700,000 for the complete destruction of four homes.

• $600,000 for the auto parts stores and their warehouses.

• $200,000 for the grocery mall and its warehouses.

• $100,000 for three modern cars (2022-2023).

While your lives continue as you wish for your children and loved ones, please look at us and our reality with humanity, as I have four families that will be grateful to you for your generous donations and substantial help that will lift them from under the rubble of destruction and assist them in rebuilding their lives anew.
