Help Me and My Daughter Return Home to Massachusetts

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out in one of the hardest moments of my life to ask for help. My daughter and I are trying to relocate back to Massachusetts, the place we’ve always called home, due to unforeseen circumstances. We moved to Florida from Massachusetts in December, but unfortunately, the move drained every penny we had. Now, we’re struggling to make ends meet, and without any financial stability, we need assistance to make this move happen.

The funds raised will go toward:

1. Transporting our belongings from where we are now to Panacea, Florida, where my mom and her boyfriend live, as a temporary stop.

2. Getting from Panacea up to Massachusetts, along with our belongings.

3. Temporary housing in Massachusetts until I can secure a permanent home for us.

I’m actively looking into programs to assist with housing and applying for low-income housing, but these processes take time. Additionally, I’m fighting for disability benefits due to ongoing back issues and other medical problems, which has made this situation even more challenging.

I don’t know exactly how much we’ll need to make all of this happen—I just knew I needed to start somewhere. My daughter and I have been through so much recently, and she deserves some stability and to be surrounded by the people who love her most.

Asking for help like this is something I never imagined I’d have to do, and it breaks me to my core to even ask. If you can’t donate, even sharing this campaign would mean more than you know. For those who don’t know me well or may not personally like me, I simply ask for kindness or to move on without judgment.
