Hey everyone,

This is a big deal, a really tough time for me. Last month, the woman who owned the house I lived in told me that she was selling the house and that the new owners would want me out by the first of the month. I did my best looking for a new place to live and searching for shelters that would take me and my cats, therapy cats by the way. There weren't a lot of options, basically none really. Nothing I could afford with my tiny GameStop income. A few weeks ago, an employee of the new owners of the building told me again that I had to leave by the first, and if I didn't, he'd call the sheriff and have my stuff thrown out and put me on the street. Last week, he came by again and told me he'd get the house condemned if I didn't leave. So I called the city, and ultimately, the house was condemned on Friday of last week, and I had to leave on Monday. I'm now homeless, and I have nowhere to go. I'm trying to find places I can afford, I'm trying to find shelter options, I'm trying everything I can, but right now the best I can do is that I spent every penny I have on a hotel. I'm here until Monday the 15th at 11 am.

I'm hoping that with some help from all of you, I can get more nights at the hotel for me and my cats to extend the duration I can stay at the hotel while I fight in housing court to get some kind of respite.

Helping in any way would be great, and if you know anyone with a room or a basement or the like for rent, please let me know as well. Anything helps.
