Help me and my beloved son

It’s very hard for me to write this and ask for help, I’m a single Mom who besides of my now critically ill son also cares for a 7 year old daughter. My son Domink(28) suffered with schizophrenia and therefore he needed extra care and me to care for him.Saturday 8.9.2018 I found him unconscious when he woke up he said that he can’t breathe and with sadness in his eyes he asked me Mom what’s happening to me?, after these words which I will never forget he fainted,his face turned blue and he stopped breathing, me and the emergency team started preforming CPR for over 30 minutes until his heart finally started working again. In the hospital after a scan they told us that he has a massive lung embolism and that they will try to get rid of it. After a few days when he supposed to wake up but sadly didn’t  they done another scan and told me something no parent would ever want to hear. Your son’s brain has a 90% damage and will never wake up again, and that if his heart stops they will not try to get it to work again. I constantly pray and believe that that is not true and the doctors are wrong, I visit him every day and speak to him because I know he can hear me and I believe that a miracle will happen. I worked part time but now even that isn’t possible having to care for my daughter and the hospital visits and all the stress are taking up all my time and energy. We’re renting a house which my salary and my sons benefit paid for but now I’m worrying about losing the house and ending up on the streets with my daughter I don’t have any savings and the hospital is in a different town which also costs money for me to get there and see my beloved son I don’t want to think about the worst scenario.
